ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
Following our recertification audit (13 - 15 September 2017) our certificates for the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards have been renewed until 2021 and adapted to the latest standards.
New Star SR-10J
In 2017, we updated our machine park with the purchase of four new SR-10J CNC machines from STAR. The last two lathes were delivered in September and were replacements for old models.
Safety: new fire protection
To increase safety in our premises in July 2017 we installed a new fire detection and extinguishing system. All our CNC automatic lathes are now equipped with a Siemens Sinorix al-deco STD system.
Metrology
In 2016, our company strengthened its production control procedures by introducing a new automatic measuring system (Keyence / IDD Engineering) and a dimensional inspection machine (Vici Vision MTL X10).
